The Pocahontas County Drama Workshop will hold auditions for the Neil Simon comedy Rumors on Saturday, May 11th, at 2:00 PM at the Opera House. Five men and five women of varying ages are needed. The play is a hilarious look at an anniversary party that goes hopelessly awry, starting with a gunshot, a missing hostess, and lies so profusely no one can be sure of the truth. The audition process promises to be friendly and welcoming to all experience levels. Rehearsals will begin in July, with September 20 and 21st performances.
Performances at the Opera House are informal, family-friendly and open to all. The entrance and main seating are accessible to persons with disabilities. Persons with disabilities are encouraged to attend; special accommodations can be arranged upon request.
